for the $ $ $ spent, this is a five star element. keep in mind that it is not a ladder rack $ 500, is a ladder racks $ 100 and an excellent value. the design allows for flexible installation and once bolted together is very solid. Yes, there will be some signs of paint and scratches but easily resolved if that really annoyed. still, you will save a lot of $ $ $ by buying this rack.
